1. Introduction These terms and conditions govern your use of aceSites, a product of ace Marketing Group Ltd ("we", "our", or "us"). By signing up you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Your Subscription aceSites is offered on a monthly subscription basis: Starter: £19.99/month Professional: £29.99/month A 30-day free trial is available with no credit card required. After your trial ends your chosen plan will begin and payment will be taken monthly.

3. Payment Payments are taken monthly in advance via our secure third party payment provider. ace Marketing Group Ltd does not store your full card details. If a payment fails we will notify you by email. Continued non-payment may result in suspension or termination of your account.

4. Cancellation You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. To cancel, contact us at gabbi@ace-sites.co.uk or manage your subscription through your account settings.

5. Your Website & Content You retain full ownership of all content you upload to your aceSites website. By uploading content you confirm that you have the right to use it and that it does not infringe any third party rights. You are responsible for ensuring your website complies with all applicable laws. ace Marketing Group Ltd reserves the right to suspend or remove any website containing illegal, harmful or offensive content.

6. Marketing Communications By creating an aceSites account you agree that ace Marketing Group Ltd may contact you about other products and services we offer, including bespoke website design, SEO and digital marketing. You can opt out at any time by emailing gabbi@ace-sites.co.uk or clicking unsubscribe in any email.

7. Referral Scheme

7.1. The aceSites Referral Scheme pays £10 for each new customer who signs up via your unique referral link and pays for their first full month of an aceSites subscription. A £100 bonus is paid each time your total qualifying referrals reaches a multiple of 10 (10, 20, 30 and so on). The scheme is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, and you do not need to be an aceSites customer to take part.

7.2. Referrals are tracked solely via your unique referral link or code. Sign-ups made without your link cannot be credited retrospectively.

7.3. Rewards become payable only once the referred customer's first month's payment has been received and has cleared. Free trials, unpaid sign-ups, cancelled orders, failed payments and refunded first months do not qualify.

7.4. Any earnings figures shown in our referral marketing materials, including the earnings calculator, are illustrations only and are not a promise, forecast or guarantee of what you will earn. Actual earnings depend entirely on how many people sign up and pay.

7.5. Payouts are made [monthly] by [bank transfer] to the details you provide. Referral earnings are paid gross, and you are responsible for any tax due on them.

7.6. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, referrals of existing aceSites customers, and sign-ups generated through spam, misleading claims, or paid advertising bidding on our brand name do not qualify.

7.7. When promoting your referral link you are acting as an incentivised promoter and must make this clear in line with UK advertising rules (the CAP Code and CMA guidance). In practice this means labelling social media posts with #ad or stating clearly that you earn a fee for sign-ups, not presenting your recommendation as unincentivised, and not making earnings or results claims on our behalf. Referrers who repeatedly fail to disclose, or who promote the scheme through spam or misleading claims, may have pending rewards withheld and be removed from the scheme.

7.8. We may amend, suspend or close the Referral Scheme at any time with reasonable notice. Rewards already earned under these terms will be honoured.

8. Our Responsibilities We will make every reasonable effort to keep aceSites running reliably and securely. We cannot guarantee 100% uptime and are not liable for losses arising from temporary unavailability of the service. We reserve the right to make changes to the platform, pricing or these terms at any time with reasonable notice given by email.

9. Intellectual Property The aceSites platform, branding and all associated materials are the intellectual property of ace Marketing Group Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce or resell any part of the platform without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, ace Marketing Group Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of aceSites or participation in the Referral Scheme. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim or, for Referral Scheme participants who are not customers, the referral rewards properly payable to you.

11. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
